This policy covers the kryshara.com website only. Helix and Pharos are deployed on customer infrastructure. Personal data inside those systems is controlled by the customer and governed by the customer's own notices and agreements.

If you email or call us, we process your name, contact details and the content of your message so that we can reply, prepare a demonstration or proposal, and follow up on your enquiry. If you apply for a role, we process your application only to assess it.

Why we are allowed to

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry correspondence for as long as the conversation is active and for a reasonable period afterwards, and we keep unsuccessful job applications for no longer than twelve months unless you ask us to keep them.
