Kryshara

Pure pharma. Nothing else.

Software built only for pharma.

Kryshara makes two products for regulated pharmaceutical companies: an HR and compliance suite, and a programme delivery platform. Both run on your infrastructure, and both are designed for the day an inspector asks.

Designed around

  • 21 CFR Part 11
  • EU GMP Annex 11
  • ALCOA+
  • Schedule M · WHO-GMP
  • DPDP Act, 2023
  • Indian Labour Codes

The problem with horizontal software

Generic tools can't survive a data-integrity inspection.

General-purpose HR suites were built for office workforces. They do not know that an operator's medical fitness lapsed yesterday, or that the area they badged into is Grade B.

General-purpose project tools were built for software teams. A formulation scientist does not have a velocity, and a burndown chart cannot tell an auditor what changed, when, and who approved it.

Compliance cannot be added late. So we put it in the data model, and we build for nobody else.

Our products

Two products. One standard of evidence.

Each product stands on its own. Together they share one workforce and one way of proving what happened.

Programme, financial and timesheet delivery

Programmes, stage gates, budgets, forecasts and timesheets on one record for generics, CDMO and CRO work, with a history that reconstructs as of any date.

Helix self-service

Compliance reaches the person who has to do it.

Every employee gets a portal and a mobile app. Today's shift, the punch, the payslip and the SOP that needs reading are all in one place, on any device.

  • Roster, punch and attendance
  • Payslips, letters and documents
  • SOP acknowledgements and assessments
  • Android and iOS app with biometric unlock

The moat

What pharma-only buys you

These are properties of both products. They exist because the only customers we design for are the ones who get inspected.

Part 11 and Annex 11 controls

Electronic signatures with re-authentication and signing meaning, access control, audit-trail review and validation evidence, designed in from the first table.

A tamper-evident audit trail

Append-only and hash-chained per tenant, with chain-integrity verification. Who changed what, when and why is a record, not a reconstruction.

History that is never overwritten

Baselines are superseded, hours are reversed, job history is appended. What was true on a given date is a query.

On-premise and tenant-isolated

Runs in your data centre on PostgreSQL. The tenant is resolved on the server and never trusted from the browser.

Better together

Helix owns the employment lifecycle. Pharos owns participation.

Helix

System of record for employment

A person is created once, here. Qualifications, training, medical fitness and area access are maintained here, with their expiry dates.

Workforce projectionOne direction only
Pharos

Owns participation, not employment

People arrive as governed, effective-dated resources. Pharos holds no employment record and offers no path to create one.

What that makes possible: booking only in-date, qualified and medically fit people to a controlled-area task, and refusing to approve vendor hours where GMP training was not current on the work date.

Security and deployment

Your infrastructure. Your data. Your keys.

Pharma data does not belong in somebody else's multi-tenant cloud. Both products are built to run inside your boundary, with the controls your IT and CSV teams expect.

Security and deployment
  • On-premise by design

Your data centre or a cloud account you own. No managed-cloud dependency.

  • Strict tenant isolation

Tenant resolved on the server. Every query tenant-scoped.

  • Enterprise sign-on

Active Directory, OpenID Connect and SAML, with MFA and password policy.

  • Integrates with your estate

Biometrics, access control, banks, LIMS, MES, QMS and ERP.

Who it is for

Built for companies that make, test and file medicines

Generics and API manufacturers

Running an ANDA, DMF or dossier pipeline across development, plants and markets.

CDMOs

Running client programmes from feasibility to PPQ and commercial supply, under client audit.

CROs and service labs

Billing FTE, milestone and time-and-material work that has to reconcile to the hour.

We are deliberate about what we are not. We do not build clinical trial management, electronic data capture or eCTD publishing. We integrate with the systems that do.

How we work

From first conversation to rollout

  1. 01

    Working session

Your sites, SOPs, programmes and rules, mapped with the people who run them.

  2. 02

    Pilot

One site or one portfolio, real data, your infrastructure, agreed acceptance evidence.

  3. 03

    Rollout

Site by site, with a validation plan shaped with your quality team.

  4. 04

    Support

Release notes, validation artefacts per release, and a named team behind it.

Questions

What buyers ask us first

All frequently asked questions
Do we have to buy both products?

No. Helix and Pharos each run on their own. Together they share one workforce: a person is created once in Helix, and Pharos receives them as a governed, effective-dated resource.

Where does the software run?

On your infrastructure. Both products are built for on-premise deployment in your data centre, or in a cloud account that you own and control. There is no dependency on a managed cloud service, and no customer data leaves your network for a third-party service.

Are the products validated?

Validation is something a regulated company does to a system in its own environment, so no vendor can hand you a validated system. What we provide is software designed to the relevant controls, together with requirements, a traceability matrix, test evidence and IQ and OQ artefacts that your quality and CSV teams can use to qualify it.

Which regulations are the products designed around?

21 CFR Part 11 and EU GMP Annex 11 for electronic records and signatures, ALCOA+ data integrity principles, Schedule M and WHO-GMP training expectations, India's DPDP Act, 2023 for personal data, and Indian labour and factory law for the statutory modules.

What does a typical engagement look like?

A working session on your sites, SOPs, programmes and rules. Then a pilot on one site or one portfolio, with real data, on your infrastructure, against agreed acceptance evidence. Then a rollout site by site, with a validation plan shaped with your quality team.

See it on your own programmes and your own plant.

Tell us which problem is costing you most. We will show you the product on that problem, not a slide about it.
